Camped and fished Thursday afternoon and most of Friday with nothing but a whiting landed. I have good luck in the past but this trip was a bust on the fishing. Anyone did good there lately? I tried both tides using live shrimp, minnows, and grubs. 
c-mullet,do you haul all your campin stuff in your yak?thats cool if so.i like campin also,just havent done it lately.tryin to raise the money for a yak right now.never fished that place.heard it was a good place though.maybe fish just werent bitin.this last week there hasnt been alot of good reports anywhere.
No, I stay at the campground and truck the yaks over to the lagoon.
Let me know, Surf, when you want to try the yak fishing scene. I have an extra kayak and fish Bushy in the mornings. Can you borrow a paddle, only extra I have is made for a 5’ person.

Mullet, next time you are down in Btown give me some warning. I can show you some good yak spots nearby. Killing the flounder lately. I’m surprised you didn’t get any! It’s been about 2 months but just draggin minows I nabbed 4 nice ones from the beginning to the walk bridge in the lagoon.
