My hydraulic steering seems to behaving some problems. It takes many more revolutions of the steering wheel than it used to to turn one way or the other. Is this a sign of low fluid or something else.
Probably air in the lines. I would bleed it.
If you ain’t hooked, you ain’t doing it right.

if you have air in the lines, that means the oil went somewhere

Is there a seal or o=ring on the box/pump under the console that can go bad?? Mine is having the same problems and it seems to be leaking a little on that box/pump.

its most likely the helm seal, under the steering wheel

put almost a entire bottle of fluid in and bled out remaining air…ran all day and checked for leaks and no sign…steers great now!
