Looks like from pump housing, around Allen head bolts. Found fluid in my console. And to beat that the wheel nut is so corroded. Still have yet to vet the wheel off. So I know the shaft will have to be replaced as the threads are FUBAR.

by the time you pay some one to rebuild it and replace the shaft, you could probably just replace it for the same money
Try these folks they charge half the price of a new system, but give the same warranty as a new set.

Finally got the wheel off. Gonna give the boat steering rebuilders a call. Its worth a shot IMO. I’ll update if they are successful.

Got the quote today. 390 to rebuild helm and 423 to rebuild cylinder. Was going for the second life program. That’s right at factory new prices. System is only 2 yrs and 5 months old. WTBS anyone have any recommendations for a new system. I’m capable of the install, not sure if I should use same components or go to uflex.
