Left the cut at 3:45 with loose wire heading for the ledge. It was one perfect day with barly a ripple. found them on a weed line in 150 feet.

6-20 With an awesome forcast we set out to do the blue again with transplant, flyfisher and keith. The crew showed at 3:20 but could not get into the hood. Seems a brother in a hot ride ran from the popo only to leave it upside down on the only exit to the hood. The popo would not let us pass till they got it moved.
Yes they suck and he got away! 5:45 we are finally rolling.
Trolled with a late start only to get 2 kings and a cuda. Decided to go to the 60 for some bottom action.

The topper of the day was something that ate two grouper baits and proceded to vacate the area. Flyfisher and I fought it with a 50 wide and a 6/0 both with 50 # test and tight drags but we could not turn it. My line broke and while dislodging the anchor from the wreck flyfisher almost got his shoulder pulled out of the socket. The other leader broke as we pulled the hook and it had abrasions 5 foot up the line.
Tiger shark is my guess.
