ED, dog wouldn’t have jumped that fence, if he knew the dog catcher was waiting on the other side! Of course the dog catcher, would have to have some balls the dog was scared of!

No, if he was a smart dog he’d just walk down the fence a little ways until the dog catcher moved on. I hear there’s a shortage of dog catchers, and the city blew all their money building that useless fence anyway.
