Took the kids to the GC pond the other night, and it got dark and buggy so we left in a hurry. Forgot to pick up my fly box with about 20 flies in it, and my good pliers.

Didn’t realize it until the next day. :roll_eyes: Went to see if they were there (wishful thinking)…nope. Called the Wescott GC and they hadnt seen it. I was crushed.

Went to CA today to restock and now I have a hole in my wallet, but I’m back in business. I’ll be double careful from now on you can be sure about that!

I did the same thing a couple months ago. It was a hartbreaking loss, and tok me weeks to recuperate.

I know how you feel. My truck got stolen about a year ago and some dead beat stole my back pack that was loaded with fly boxes.
They also stole my golf shoes, but left 2k in golf clubs.
