I had good Trolling Motor Service

I’ve been struggling with my Motorguide trolling motor for a little while now. It just up and quit on me. I swapped some parts I ordered from the internet and still no luck. I wound up calling Caiman Outdoors in Florence (website - http://www.caimanoutdoors.com/index.html ) out of pure desperation and spoke with Ms. Carol Norman. She very graciously walked me through the electronic diagnostic steps to sort out what was wrong. In short, I now have a working TM.

I’m amazed at the level of help she showed to some random fella calling on the phone. She even called me back after-hours last Friday from her home to make sure I had the steps down correctly. And note, I didn’t even buy something from them. It’s not too often you see service like this anymore. Hats off to her. The other gentleman I spoke with there was also very helpful. Talk about putting Galatians 5:14 into action. Just amazing. Even if I didn’t get the motor working they still far exceeded any modicum of expectation.

Some people have great employees thats probably why they are still open … because you know who you WILL call next time if you have an issue …

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

I had the same experience with Mrs. Carol. She and her husband are super people. I was not so fortunate with my GW though.

Yes - she does excellent work. They handle Motorguide…I bent the armature shaft on my MK Riptide. She looked at it - told me how much it would be to repair and how long it would take. Price was exactly what quoted and on time. I like dealing with people like this.
