I killed 3 Trout

Made a smoked fish dip with most of it and fried the rest for dinner. Had a friend hook me up with some sea bass to make a mral


After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

How did you make the batter, it looks good!

Milk and egg wash and house autry. A few pcs went, wet,dry,wet,dry

Capt Fritz- what temp did you smoke the trout and how long did you leave it on your BGE for? Looks awesome!

For this dip I did it for about 10 minutes at 400 because I was in a hurry. I have a slab of Wahoo I'm planning on doing low and slow.
