I caught 3 that size yesterday Tim one on herring and 2 on gizzards they were a big surprise to me the bait was almost bigger than they were

Have caught them in a castnet but never on live bait, shows how vichous the species are!
I caught a few in Oct. fishing from one of the docks at Harry’s. I thought maybe they were DNR stocked fish.
That thing is mountable compared to a few I caught last year while kayak trolling! Those were middle finger sized caught on crappie jigs.
