Ha, I can’t even get my schittt done, much less all 23’s stuff.
In my area a tan man will do manual labor work for about 20-25 bucks an hour
A black man will do the same work for 30
and A white man won’t do that work at all
that’s where we are from where I’m standing. Really

As long as he speaks some English and can follow basic instruction, I’ll take him.
No skills required. I thought some college aged kids might jump at this, but finding good help is proving difficult
In my area is the college ASU.
These are the white folks I am talking about who are too entitled and/or family funded to need to work. Money just comes too easy to these kids, I see it every day.
Then the ones who make a career of teaching and stay around universities forever are the ones imparting their extremely limited experience and skewed values to the kids coming in.

Not many people want to really break a sweat these days. Heck, if I was closer, I’d work a little on the weekends.
Have you tried posting somewhere at CofC? Not sure how many college kids are willing to get dirty but it might be worth a shot.
