I need your opinions on this picture please......

Looks a little off.

would guess not taken in flordia with the terrain in background
just my two cents

My immediate thought was Photoshop. My second thought was that that is not Florida…landscape or boat. Is that a cubera snapper?

Background looks like the Pacific side of Costa Rica or Panama, There are no coastal hills like that in Florida. Fish doesn’t look right either. A photoshopped red snapper is my guess.

Photoshop or that’s the worlds strongest man. A fish that size weighs what? 4-500lbs?

inept is correct…

Photo shop…

For sure 100% not Florida. No terrain on the coast looks like that. Your cousin may want to go to those numbers with his buddy, just make sure LOL.

60lb cubera. There are plenty of them that big in Central\South America.

Looks fine to me. I would guess 75 lbs Cubera in Panama/Costa Rica. As Skinee said, they’re all over down there. We actually have quite a few here too, mostly see them in the deep around the full moons in spring.

looks to be about a 55-65 pound cubera snapper that is being held close to the camera away from the fishermans body to make it look allot bigger. I lived in Florida and there are no hills in that state. My guess Costa Rica
