It was an awesome day of fishing on the wando today! I caught 14 reds total ranging from 17" to 27 1/2". All fish were caught on cut mullet on the bottom usig A J&T jighead. On average I caught A red ever 2-3 mins. The video link is below, I got down to the landing and launched and when I turned my gopro on I found out that I left my SD card at home so I had to film with my iphone6 and a tripod. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIKE, COMMENT AND SHARE THE VIDEO! It would be greatly appreciated!
@Will F. The reel used in this video is the Kastking sharky II in a size 2000. It’s on Amazon for I believe around $35, it is fully sealed, has 10+1 shielded stainless ball bearings and carbon fiber drag washers and comes with a 1 year warranty on manufacture defects so if a seal is bad they replace the whole reel no charge. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. P.s. These reels are made in the same factory as shimano, they are just cheaper because Kastking doesn’t do mass advertising and they have no middle man.
Thanks redfisher25, that will definitely be the next reel I buy.

@Will F. they are really quality reels for the price, but a lot of people are skeptical because of how cheap they are. I personally tested the exact reel in this video by tying it up to my surf rod and chunking it in the surf and leaving it for 15 mins then pulling it out and fishing with it. the worst that happened was some scratches on the spool paint. as you saw the drag still works really well. it feels exactly like a shimano stradic ci4+. what most people don’t understand is that fishing companies tack on to the price tag for advertising, sponsoring pros, shipping and middle man
