I’ve got quirrels in the backyard and they’re eating all my pecans. I need to find a pellet gun to take care of them. It must be dead on balls accurate, powerful and most of all, able to kill a squirrel.
Must be cheap. I’ve got a Penn Battle 5000 to trade plus cash or something if someone’s interested.

you might need a scope for that one bo…bet them squirrel balls is tee-tiny!
i got a scoped 1000fps breakbarrel RWS that has lots of squirrels to it, but i’m not sure i wanna part with it… and it’s worth a stradic and a battle.
you should get a crosman 1077 for yourself- $60 on amazon. they’re CO2, but you get plenty of power and the 12 shot rotary clip gives good followups on tree rats when they’re all over. mine has been going for lots of years- matt and i got some great bullfrog dinners with it 2 years ago. they have an integrated weaver-style rail for scope, mine doesn’t have one. could loan her to you if you want.
Me and my friends pellet gun hunt squirrels a lot we have been through a lot of pellet guns .
If you plan on buying a new one don’t get a crossmen or a Beeman. The best I have had is a GAMO big Cat with a gamo scope . I would get a 1000 fps NO LESS
I wouldn’t get a pump or co2!!! get a break barrel. GAMO ONE OF THE BEST OUT THERE:smiley:
I have a couple high velocity pellet guns at home. let me see what I have and I’ll try to remember to post later today/nite. I could use a larger spinning reel.
Try a 22 rifle(lever action is very quiet) and CB caps or Aguilla low power loads. Keep the muzzle inside the house and your neighbors will never know!!
I have experience with this stuff. I came back after a 3 month deployment and sqwerls got in my attic to have a party. This is the SBD of residential rifle ammo.
Place: 2373 Patton Chapel Road, Birmingham, AL.
Time Period: 1972 to 1978.
Events: Where squirrels came to die.
During that time period, I and my trusty Crossman 760 Pump took out tree rats and beaked terror-fiends with efficiency and ease. (couple of windows, too).[:0]
I have a Crossman 760 still, but it is not my original with wood stocks. The one I have now was acquired from dear old Mom and has the cheap plastic stocks. Still pumps plenty of power, though.
When the zombie apocalypse hits and the world goes to pot. I will survive partly on tree rats shot with BB’s and save the 7.62 for them face eating zombies
