Yeti was started in 2006. Engel, Icey Tech, SSI and Frigid Rigid have been making high end coolers for longer than that.
I like my old cheap Igloo Cooler and I don’t have to chain it to the truck for fear of someone stealing it !

My favorite cooler has been my 80qt (Coleman I think) that I got for $10 at a yard sale. I leave it in my truck and park on the street at my house downtown and it hasn’t been stolen in 5 years. Try that with a Yeti.
