Really pleased I can finally post a report. Was getting a bit dispirited reading about folks getting on the water for 30 minutes and getting 100 trout:smiley: Been struggling, day before only had one fish but today had 13 trout and a redfish. Would have had more but had to leave in the middle of the bite to pick wife up from dock, but fish were still in the same spot when i got back. My secret was not to put the anchor out anywhere until i caught a fish. covered a lot of water but found them stacked up on a very non nondescript part of the ICW. Had competition from dolphins, which quite honestly was very cool to watch. great day.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.
I only managed to get 5 trout in the May River this morning, all shorts in 3 to 5 ft. of water. Nothing in deeper water. Will try again in the morning weather permitting.

Thanks Fritz, we actually went out a month or so ago, I’m the English dude. We got a grand slam, trout, flounder, redfish and a black drum.
Oh, wanted to thank Mike at hadrells, my wife came in to get me my Christmas present and mnike gave her some great advice, caught all the fish today on the new set up.
