Found this in a belly.
Anyone know what it is?
No idea. The picture isn’t very good. Do you have anymore?

Eel of some sort? I’m assuming this was a cobia by the diet?
almost looks like a bloodworm?
Bloodworm makes sense. I’ve had aquariums my whole life. So I now it’s not an eel or anything fish related.
But i’ve had bloodworms in my tanks before. Google images for bloodworms looks very similar. And they’re a popular bait. Who’da thunk.
Crazy thing is, I swear it was still moving after being on ice for 8 hours and in the cob’s belly for who knows how long.

Looks like a partially digested trumpet fish.
