The bottom fishing should be off the chain. This has been the most unfishable spring/summer I have ever experienced.
It’s killing me softly…
Well now you’ve jinxed it!

Today wasn’t even that bad?
Wasn’t that bad, but my father wanted to get his 1994 on and king Makeral fish…
Hah. Buncha crybabies. Me? I’m at Petco, looking at the aquariums. Hey, where the snappers? Oh, nevrmind, endangered…
Yesterday I headed out and when I went by Fort Sumter the flag was hanging straight down the poll. By the time we got to the first set of cans there was a steady twenty mile an hour gale going on, gusting to who knows what. lol The mosquito fleet is doomed to fish the harbor/rivers. I followed the Hammer Time into the harbor yesterday afternoon and there were crazy mixed up six foot swells INSIDE the harbor. It was giving the sportys a fit inside as they headed to weigh in. Does the wind have to stop sometime? Hold on Hahahaa!

I swear I’m putting the boat up like it’s January. And it’s going to be 100 degrees next week…I guess I’ll just work my butt off and fly to Costa Rica after the rainy season is over.
Imagine trying to run a business in this crap.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.
Better start advertising wakeboarding, skiing and tubing if you want put business in the boat with this type of weather -
Could have sworn i saw an intrepid with a tube behind it while going over the bridge today. Couldnt believe my eyes, looked a little rough for a tube in the harbor
This seems to be a broken record. Read the same thing last season.
We’ve ran about 1/3rd of our normal charters. Even the short 3/4 days have been a biatch.

Yep, I’ve done it and it’s a biatch for sure. Hard to make a living when the wind howls and you’re sitting at the dock. Buy hey, yall make the extraordinary amount of $100 an hour, when you get to go
Now if you want the wind to quit blowing, just buy a sailboat and try to run some sailing charters… You won’t get a breath of breeze for at least 6 months. Done that too

That sounds about right Larry. 2/3 of my trips have been losses to weather too.
