If you undercut me by $25 for a 2 boat trip on Wed

I just accidentally sent a picture of a 28 pound red to your customer. Thought I was sending it to the people from my boat but realized my mistake just after sending it. Sorry about that.

I am going to start running hour long trips to hamlin for $50. Keeping limits and hanging them on nails at the dock. I will be mashing it bro.

I’m thinking pontoon/head boat style. Charge by the person. Double anchor, chum, and sling cut mullet all over hamlin

Opinion: If you’re a guide that runs a flats boat, and you’re client asks why you’re using the trolling motor instead of poling, telling him b/c you’re too old is not an acceptable answer. This is what the so-called guide(not on this forum) told his client

would a more acceptable answer be, it is easier and we will cover more water and catch more fish?

what does it matter if the guide poles or anchors or trollin motors?

the guide probably has a pecker too…you gonna ask him why he’s not using it?

Fish are too valuable to be caught only once.

I only get jelous when a guide can use his pecker for a pushpole.

“we will cover more water and catch more fish” would be acceptable answer, even if not true. Not saying one method is better than the other…it depends on the situation and conditions of course

Think you might be missing the point. A capt shouldn’t admit he’s too lazy, or old, or hungover, to fish a certain way…it’s bush league.
