Too Busy - What type of shoulder surgery? I had a anterior and posterior labrum repair with “tightening” last July.It fixed the problem ,but it has been a battle. Stay off the Meds and push the PT. The PT is hell,but it wrx. Good Luck! Hope You can paddle soon!

swampwalker. I’ve got a torn labrum and some torn and frayed connective tissue. Shoulder dislocates at the drop of a hat right nowand I’m down to about 30% range of motion.
