Decided to fish this high tide the last two evenings. I made it out a little on the early side so I set up just off a feeder creek that fills the flat I was fishing and waited.
While I was waiting I noticed this guy stalking my mud minnow that was hanging just in the water on a jig head.
It was a great evening on the water I must of seen a dozen fish tailing. I managed to catch three of them between 29" and 31" and one that got the best of me.
So after yesterday I had to see if I could wrangle up a few more didn’t see any tailers but did manage a couple coming on to the flat 34" and 29".
