Made the trip to the coast today in hopes of calm winds and some nice tides. 1 outa 2 isn?t too bad, but we had to deal with some large storms today as well.
I had the pleasure of fishing with my son, which is more rewarding everytime we can go. Today it was just the two of us and he was on the bow. He did a great job spotting fish and did his best in the wind today, which was whitecapping on the flats in some places.
Caught 3 nice fish, pulled the hook on one, and hit a couple in the head
