What were the ones from last year? Same guy? I assume so since this was Tarpon Season II.
TheDrake ran the same contest last year. I think the winning film was called “Running Down the Man” or something like that. Basically a bunch of guys figured out how to catch Rooster Fish in the surf of Baja. There was a Tarpon fishing one that was pretty awesome…I think it was called “Chasing Silver”. I’ll see if I can find it on youtube.

It’s an addiction that my wife wishes I didn’t have. I spend way to much time tying and pouring over maps looking for new and hidden honey holes. Also countless weekends bushwhacking through the countryside via compass and map (cause GPS don’t work in the mountains to well) looking for brook trout has been my latest addiction. This winter is will be fishing the Smokey Mountain National Park and surrounding areas for wild browns and other tasty char.
Good to know I’m not the only spazz with a fly rod. For those of you out there who don’t use a fly rod yet for fishing the reds in the area, give it a shot. You will not regret it.
Its not spastic, its fly fishing for tarpon. It can make you crazy. Its one of my main addictions.
True: I hope we have a warm end of Febuary and first of March and you too can hook some of these. You get your salmon colored caped back get up as soon as we get past Miami.
I think I just made my O O O OOOOO face four times watching those videos.

I am wearing one right now. Its all I wear for looking at the intertron. I already have yours in the toolbox. I can only imagine what our guide would say for the first day if you showed up in that. He is extremely critical.

I don’t care. I’m paying him to put up with me. Can I really get one, I’ve been thinking about it all weekend. Since it’s cooling off I’d like to start wearing one while hunting for tailers.
