The number one safety advice is to stay sober. If you want to drink a lot do it at home and than stay there. Secondly, always be aware of the location other water craft. A collision on the water can result in serious injury or the loss of life.

I think the number one safety advice today is to stay home. Not many of those other people out there today will be sober. The rest will be law enforcement.
