I had a prison tour in Pennsylvania. Part of a National Guard plan for really bad riots. At the end I asked the warden why salt and pepper was on the dinning room tables. I am still waiting for his answer.

My dad was a guard at Attica. 20 years the 60s and 70s. They were guards back then now their correctional officers. Back then they had a farm. You work some type of job/School to gain privileges. TV time yard time things like that. Now it appears to be a right not a privilege …
