This post is a continuation of my buddy’s(CMHS2K) post.
My old man makes a yearly trip to Charleston to spend a week with me and do some fishing. This year was one for the books. He flew in on the Thursday winds were picking up from the hurricane. We snuck out in the wind for a couple hours and got some reds. The Sat/Sun following the storm, fishing was rather difficult. But starting Monday-Friday, fishing was ON!!! Between running out to the Chas 60, fishing at the jetties and fishing inshore with my buddy’s boat, we had an unreal week. All fish inshore were caught on Z-man with TroutEye jigheads during incoming and outgoing tides. Early morning and late evening we were catching reds on topwater. All reds were tagged and released. I sent my dad home with a nice tan and a very sore shoulder from casting and reeling up the copper beasts. I attached some of the pics

By the looks of your Dad’s shoulders, it would take a lot more than that to make them sore.
Great report and pictures

Haha, very true Cracker. I think his age is starting to show, but the freshwater fishing he does can’t come close to the strength of these saltwater fish
