Inshore Red Snapper

I’m not really sure what qualifies as inshore, but since I don’t go offshore in my bay boat and I could see land from where I caught these last week. It was fun wherever they were caught.

There are two kinds of Hog Wash…the kind that comes out of Washington, DC, which is horrible…and the kind that I make which is absolutely delicious. Everything is better with Harold’s Hog Wash.

I’d love to try some Hog Wash. Is it sold in stores? If not, I’ll get some from the website.

I’m thinking Venice also. Looks like the resturant and gift shop area in the fore ground behind him. Love that place.
