What type rod and reel for cork fishing?

7-7.5 foot spinning rod with a moderate to fast action rated for line between around 10 to 20 pounds. Rods with a little slower action are better as it is easier to load the rod when fishing more than a couple feet under the float. Slower action also keeps from flinging the bait off the hook. Any good spinning reels in the 2500 to 4000 size range.
