Internal Anode Replacement

I have a 2005 F115 TLRD Yamaha outboard (fourstroke). I use it in saltwater but I trailer it and so it is pretty much free of corrosion on the outside and under the cover. I want to check and most likely replace the three internal anodes on the crankcase. I have removed the anode on the exhaust side but the two located between the spark plugs are difficult to work with. I can remove the two flange bolts on each anode but cannot get any leverage to pry or pull the anode out of the crankcase waterjacket. Its sealed with a thick rubber grommet. Does anyone have any experience with this and do you have any suggestions. I would appreciate it if you would contact me at mburch1950@roadrunner.com as well as posting here. Thanks a million.

crank motor and get to operating temp
then try and remove
also, you can even pull on them while running the motor, as there will be some pressure on the back side.

IF I RESPOND IN ALL CAPS, ITS NOT ON PURPOSE, AND I AM NOT YELLING

Thanks, Chris. I will give it a try.
