I have 4 penn international 20s on new standup rods. Moved from the coast about 8 years ago and reels havent been used since. I put them on new rods last summer but they havent been fished. Reels were professional cleaned and greased a few years ago and have not been used since. They were in great working condition when I put them in storage. 2 are in great working condition but have heavy scuffing (see pictures). I am asking 900 for all 4.
