What flying high said. We scouted the area a couple months ago and there really is no water. Saw a small ■■■■■ of geese driving back on 17 but that was it.
And really, no ions and no swamp either. And to make matters worse, I’ve never even seen Francis Marion there. I’m pretty sure it’s just an urban legend.

Thats funny I have been looking at all the spots and only have found one with about 5 woodies. So I guess your right there are plenty of ducks in there. And I am being for real not just BSing.

yall confuse the hell out of me haha. but ik how this site goes… the only reason I asked was because im 15 y/o and have just been huntin the wando in my boat shootin crap ducks I just wanted to know if there was a swamp near by house where I would have a better chance at shootin woodies

I’m pretty sure that duck hunting on the Wando is illegal as it is a bird sanctuary. Can anyone confirm this?
