Big powerful motor and a big bay boat. Just got the new Ipilot 122. Love the TM and features but in trying to “sneak” up on some fish it seems to be fairly noisy. Just me or anyone else feel that way about yours? Seems quiet enough when I run it out of the water but good bit of vibration in the water.
It shouldn’t vibrate. Check first that it’s deep enough in the water, then check mounting bolts for tightness, check the prop to make sure it’s tight and the blades aren’t bent. That’s where I’d start.

I have the 80 lb Ipilot. No vibrations. Love, love, love it!
I bought the 112 a few months back and don’t have any vibration, BUT for anyone that is looking, a friend of mine bought the new motor guide and it is a lot quieter than the minnkota. And it is easier to stow. FYI

Ralph just got a motorguide and its real quiet running but seems rather loud when changing direction, which is often.

I have the 80# model and it is a lot more noisy than any other motors I have used! It is not vibration, its the motor windings noise. It has at least 500 hrs on it and no problems.
