Setup a cam to see what comes and goes. First picture taken
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

Once a buck reaches 4.5 and older, he’s mostly (90%-95%) nocturnal. Aside from the rut, you gotta get a little more creative and a lot more lucky to kill’em.
I tend to hunt mainly in the afternoon/evening during the early part of the season, mainly because my trail cameras show me that’s when the deer are most active.
God bless the “ignore” function.
Whatever you got growing in your yard/flower bed…I want it in my food plot.
hunted in STND FOR ONLY second time this yr. Used to be where all big ones came. Natta tonight

Put my hunting buddy in a stand last night and he saw 23, I sat across the road and saw 7. And fritz, tugted said he’d send one of his boys over to shoot that deer if you don’t want to.
Hunted this morning and last night. Saw natta. one stand on 210 side and one on 95 side. The one on 95 side has 148 videos of 2 bucks coming in every night between 1-5AM

Does your camera have a flash on it? Sometimes that’ll spook em.Hopefully one of your pals didn’t come get him while you were at the jettys.
A low light red flash. I’ve heard the bigger ones are also a little smarter. Very few predators for these Deer that I see in this area.

I’ve noticed they do see the red/IR flash. Most of my pictures of the really big bucks have them staring right at the camera and a few are even fleeing from it by the 2nd shot (string of 3).
