Had a great week of fishing in islamorada. All spent backcountry and in the channels. Plenty plenty of big trout with all females released. Bunch of decent sharks which was fun. Hooked couple tarpon with one easily going 100+lbs but popped the 100lb leader at boat when it jumped and got twisted up. Continued to jump for 2-3 min after it was off still trying to throw the hook. Great week and can’t wait to go back
