Got the same unit - been great for 8 years.
Had to use rebar wire to help keep food saver packs of goods from sliding out - just diagonally connect a few shelves leaving an opening big enough for bags.
Nice that it has indicator / alarm light on front up high - easy to see.
Sort out the intermittent operation and it’ll be a score.
Just an idea - you could plug it in a lamp timer that cuts out for 10 minutes every day.
No room for it in my house or I would have kept this idea to myself and gotten it!

Thanks for the advice Captbobo, already lost about 20 lbs of shrimp, hate to take any more chances with it. Oh well.
