Father Day Dinner
Tried to wake my two boys 15 and 21, but they wouldn’t budge so I left em sleeping. Launched from W.O. Thomas @ 6. Stop in front of Dolphin cove and threw the net one time and loaded up on Menhaden and had to throw some back. Went out to the Edisto Banks, already had everything rigged with ballyhoo, Put 2 outriggers and 3 behind the boat. 30 Minutes after I dropped the line storms rolled in. (DID I MENTION I WAS ALONE!) Threw everything on the floor and ran 30 mile back in and fished live bottom. Limited on BSB and Vermillion. Smooth ride out, smooth ride in!
When I got back family wanted to know what I wanted for Father’s Day dinner. I replied, ITS IN THE BOAT!
