had some fresh flounder filets and was craving a nice fish sandwich…so here is what i did a little different tonight…
took the usual couple of eggs and beat…then to try something different…yeah…donnie was a guinea pig again…added in a little tzatziki sauce and just a tad of smoked paprika…let the filets sit in it for a few minutes as i mixed together some …sweet hushpuppy mix,seafood breader and salt/pepper in a zip lock bag…dredge to cover and into the grease…mmmm…turned out to have a great flavor!
