Took the new boat out on its maiden voyage. What a pretty ocean! Went out to the ledge in the 550’s and bottom fished for a while. We caught a bunch of nice Beeliners and some other odds and ends. Went out a little further and caught a nice scamp and AJ’s and triggers. We had a drift line out and saw some boats trolling but never had a bite or saw the boats trolling catch anything. Stopped in a bout 115 feet on the way in and caught 11 scamps and one ARS @ 5 lbs. We also caught more Silver snapper then I thought existed since they are an endangered species. Had one gag grouper that went back. Oh yeah and there were sone sharks inshore there on ouyr last stop. For our grand total on the day we had 12 Scanmps, 1 ARS, 60 Beeliners, 15 Silvers that we kept another 100 we let go, 10 sharpnose all released, and a medley of other stuff. Teh weather was great the new boat ran great and we caught fish, what a great day.
Ben

If you can’t stand behind our soldiers, try standing in front of them.
Good job as usual. I am sure we will see plenty of reports like this one.
