Went down past the Deli this morning. The water was beautiful. A great rip with weeds and about a 1.5 degree temp break. Plenty of life. Bottom fished in 500 feet for a bit and got our limit of Snowies (average 10 lbs) and some tile fish. After getting them we put out the trolls and started trolling towards the house. Started catching dolphin right away. We also caught 3 yfts in the 20 lb range. Best part about the tunas was that they hit the flat lines and shotgun. Nice to get tuna bites up close like that. I was so far away from home that I didnt circle back on the fish. Figured that they would keep biting as I went up the edge but they didnt. Ended up with 6 dolphin and 3 yfts trolling. Had plenty of meat in the box and headed home.
