Jamaican tater sauce Up in western NY they do a great Friday night Fish fry at most of the JOINTS/ BARS.
They use a Jamaican relish to make the tater sauce (Fantastic) - they said is available in local specialty markets
Has anyone ever seen this??

my wife is from Jamaica… pretty sure they just put vinegar hotsauce on fish… according to her (born and raised in jamaica) they don’t put tarter sauce on fish…
is it jerk seasoning in tarter sauce?
my wife just added that she didnt even know what tarter sauce was until she moved to the states… just sayin…
