I’ve really enjoyed this house, but unfortunately we have to sell it.
I have been in that house and pool a long time ago. I owned a house on Shoreham rd

I actually live a few houses down. Have to say it’s a great neighborhood. Love it.
Ya know, it must be nice living in Neverneverland. Remind me to come visit you, when I need a break from reality.
Grew up in that neighborhood too, awesome people there and loved it as well

Dang I lived at 1231 Oakcrest from 97 to 2000. The house also had a pool. We’d still be there but moved to Columbia for 6 years. When I came back we couldn’t get clo$e to Jame$ Island
Thanks all. I love the house and it’s a great neighborhood. Only moving because the fiance and I are parting ways and I’m going to buy a smaller house for just me and the dog.
Dang, sorry to hear that. Best wishes Andy.

Sorry to hear that Andy. Wish we were ready to relocate, looks like a great home. I’m afraid by the time we’re ready to move down we won’t be able to afford anything but a shack. Real estate is going crazy down there, I wouldn’t think it will take you long to sell. Good luck!

Thanks. Not meant for sympathy! Blessing in disguise really. Meant it as a legit reason for selling, NOT because I just hate the house or don’t like the 'hood. BTW, plenty of boat parking. At one point I had a 24 Albemarle and a 23 Seacraft beside the house, at the same time.
DF, it’s still seems to be going crazy. The pickings are looking pretty slim out there right now. I’m hoping we get under contract and some more options come on the market for me to look at next.
I’m in riverland terrace. Want to trade?

Good luck Andy B, hope it sells quick and for a good price for ya. Good luck in your next chapter.
No matter how many variables I have control over, I never expect a bite. I only hope.
