Any anglers from Charleston going down in May for this Tournament? Myself and an angler from Beaufort will also be there for the tournament and I want to see if all the SC Kayak Anglers would like to link up and head down there and represent the palmetto state during the tournament?

The boundaries are pretty huge. I haven’t looked at the map, but I think it covers the salt in about 3 counties.

Go to jaxkayakfishing.com and they have all the rules and regs in there. So far there is about 300+ entries for the contest. The prizes are amazing! I won a penn conquer and ■■■■■■■ combo in a drawing and the 1st,2nd and 3rd place prizes are pretty badass. A Hobie pro angler, Jackson Cuda, Wilderness system tarpon 16 for 1st prizes. I would love to Fish it this year. I willbe in Jax for business the 7-10 and if I can swing getting fri off as well I’ll probably enter and fish. any ideas of when everyone else is coming down and where people are staying? I’ll already be in a hotel near the airport but if that is a good way away from all the festivities I’ll try to get different accomodations. I’ll have to wait a little while longer to see what will happen with work but I think I can make it work.
