Anybody got one?
I was at the Jensen booth at IBEX a couple of weeks ago, and they had a plastic cover (similar to the ones you use to cover your chart plotter) for a Jensen MSR 2007. I asked if I could order one, and the girl at the booth said she’d send me one.
Well, I received a package yesterday, but it had a cover for the 7007 rather than the 2007. Jensen doesn’t want it back, so if anyone here can use it, let me know.
Don’t need the 7007 but am intersted in the 2007. How much do they cost? Where is the best place to order from?
If you can’t fix it with a hammer, you’ve got an electrical problem.

I’ve had mine for a couple of years with no problems or complaints. I bought the Sirius tuner and antenna and iPod cable at the same time.
I think I paid $250 - $300 for everything (including 4 speakers) from “Rock the Boat.com,” but that was over 2 years ago. I think the new model has a hard drive and you can download songs directly into the unit. Mine doesn’t have that, but I can keep my iPod in the glove box and access all of it’s controls from the 2007 control panel.

The cover isn’t listed anywhere. I had to go to Jensendirect CS (not ASAelectronics CS) to get the right one, and the young lady I spoke to still couldn’t find it. She had to go talk to a tech, who happened to have one on his desk.
Edit to add: When I receive it, I’ll send you a part number.
