Jerks at the IOP boat Landing!

So I was at the IOP Marina Boat Landing… After a long day of losting a $50 crab boat, and not catching much, we were getting reading to pull my boat out. Then some @$$hole in a 25ft CC cuts right in front of me at the dock as my brother was pulling the boat bow line forward. I wish I had a photo of the jerk, but he was in a red 25ft CC and driving a gray Dodge Ram with SC Plates and his trailor had FL plates on it. If I see him again I will be sure to post pictures.

Do you feel better now?

“After a long day of losting a $50 crab boat”

I don’t understand…

If you’re not effecting the world around you in a positive manner…you’re taking up too much space.

I think he means crab pot

callout threads rarely work in anyones favor. Summertime boaters are stupid, just gotta deal.

yep but sometimes venting does help, he atleast knows people will read it here … haha

sometimes i just sit in my boat right by the ramp and watch the idiots. I like watching the “summer only boaters” try to trailer a boat when the tide is ripping thru the Wappoo Cut.

I was just venting, thats all. That would explain all the miss spellings. And yes someone cut the line on one of my crab pots that day, a long with a crappy day of fish. That dude just pulled a complete douche move at the landing. I would think that there is some kind of etiquette at the landing. I went you yesterday after work and it was nice to the ICW was about empty and there was next to no one at the landing, along with pulling so hardy stone crab claws. I had one that came in at 10.02oz!

okay, just have to say that i love the screen name (“bluefalcon”) but it sounds like someone else bluefalcon’ed you instead. meanwhile, yes, definitely a better choice to vent here than go ape sh** at the ramp. jimmyaadams and the others are right, “summer only boaters”… those types of boaters think that have to boat like they’re on the jersey parkway because they don’t understand that there are unspoken yet shared understandings of rules/ways when boating (and fishing).
