Have always used wood chips smoking and decided to try pellets for the first time. Gotta say I am hooked on the Amazen Pellet Tray filled it and no problems and great flavor. 6 hours at 160 2 hours at 180 and never had to add pellets burned fine all the way thru. Before I would have to add chips every hour and had a hard time
Getting them to burn at temps below 200.
