Nice day today with the wife. caught a lot of whiting and bsb’s. had one rod off back of boat with finger mullet and it went screaming twice and broke the line. After switching that set up to the rod with braid, no more bites.

I always run steel leader off the back when I’m fishing the jetties. Shark and reds dont seem to mind the steel leader w/ a bigger hook. Jetties are a feeding frenzy!

Spent about 4 hours at the jetties myself on Saturday. Caught one small BSB and had something break 20 lb braid. Only saw one other BSB caught. No sheepshead seen.
