Johnny causey boat ramp under highway 17 bridge closed. My understanding is peaces of concrete are falling from the bridge.T Craig Campbell landing on the other side of the waterway still open.DOT is supposed to be coming out to do inspections

We went out Thursday from the landing on the other side. It was a madhouse. I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like on the weekends. From my understanding.they’re still waiting on the army corps of engineers & scdot. You would think chunks of concrete falling from the bridge would be more of a concern.

From what I have heard. They have hired a private contractor to do repairs. But no start date. Just hearsay now.Thay pushed the barricades aside and some people are using it
