My boys have got the fishing bug bad. We are moving to our new home this week and behind it is a decent size fishing pond. They have been saving up their money and been scanning craigslist for a couple of months now. We have had little luck finding a boat. Any suggestions or does anybody have a simple small jon boat they are looking to get rid of?

I’ve got a very nice little 14-36 Lowe Jon boat that I’m gonna sell.
I bought Kayaks and just don’t use this one anymore. I would take $450 for the boat alone. No leaks and the boat is titled and registered if you ever want to put a motor on it. Trailer is available if you need it also. I’m on the other side of Columbia but would meet you in the Columbia area or somewhere in between if you wanted the boat. Check out Dick’s Sporting Goods (online) and look at the Old Town Saranac 156. It’s a square-stern canoe that you can put a trolling motor on. I nearly bought one, and would have, if they hadn’t stubbed their toe on getting it to me in time for Christmas a while back.
For $500 it’s a great product.
