I would order a 1990 Cornas, preferably from Voge, but Clape would be OK, OR a Cote-Rotie 1991 from Gerin.
Something a bit less $$$ would be Chateauneuf du Pape 1990, 1995, 1998, 2001. Many different producers made great wines those years.
