Fished the 300 line and started in 200 ft. The area was covered up in bait and birds. Caught 3 dolphin, 3 cudas, hooked a blue marlin that threw the hook after one jump, and hooked sail that we fought and lost near the boat. Blue hit the shotgun rod so hard that we couldn’t get the rod out of the rod holder…fun day with a beating on the ride home.

nice day- good job on getting out there as that is the hardest part with all this shifty weather we have been having
I wondered if you guys gave it a shot. Good job. Hope to get out there sunday.
Thanks fellas…the ride out wasn’t bad, but the wind was steady all day long and just made for a bumpy ride home. Def was no fun dealing with the ocean being as rough as it was. Hoping to get back out there as soon as this blows over…
Hope you get to give it a shot on Sunday.
