just got back from bass pro picked up 3 scottie rod holders and anchor and some new rods installed some hoist in the garage to lift up my kayaks from the floor to the ceiling actually works great and very cheap picked up all the stuff at lowes and to lift up all 3 i only spent about 30 dollars still looking for some company next sunday if anyones interested

Congrats on the new boat Patrick. How are you going to rig your anchor?, and how did you rig your hoist. Lets get back out there again, and this time hopefully the wind won’t be as bad.
the anchor has a line that runs from front to back that can be pulled it has a ring in the middle to put your anchor line threw so you can move your anchor from bow to stern by pulling the chord. The pulley system in the garage is 2 clips to hook to the handles of the yak and with line running up to a pulley that runs back down to a cleat on the wall. it works great and i have both of my yaks hanging up. my buddy just came over and picked up my old fishing yak. taking him for his first trip out to copahee on monday was going to do sunday but thing with weather monday will be better. dawg you want to meet up let me know
